Received my second (custom size) Dispatcher duffle bag today. In all honesty, I can tell you I have never in my life stared at luggage — but I sat and admired the two duffel bags I received — they truly are works of art. Custom Hide's craft and attention to detail are obvious on first sight, and I have no doubt these leather bags will become family heirlooms. As I mentioned when I placed the order, I still have the Original Backpack I purchased from you about a decade ago and use it daily — it is still beautiful and in excellent condition. Right about now, I am your biggest fan. Thanks again for your fine work.

Addittional features:
- something at the bootom of the bag so the bag won’t sit on the ground. Currently if you place the bag on the ground the whole bag is on the ground making it dirty. Have something to make it stand above
- many a custom punch for toilettries and dirty laundry

I'm not one to leave reviews on purchased items, but I had to leave one on the Dispatcher duffel I received from Custom Hide. This bag is a work of art! I absolutely could not be happier with my purchase. The pictures on the website just do not do it justice. Also, I had a custom laptop sleeve made for a Macbook Pro 15" and it is as beautiful as the bag itself. Customer service was very responsive, and even changed the shipping provider because one was not able to pick up and deliver in the expected time. I will definitely be ordering more from Custom Hide!

Arrived today, very excited! Purchased a slightly customized Dispatcher duffle, and it is really excellent. Looking forward to using this bag for many, many years.
