The breifcase is of exceptional quality. However, 1 point reduction because when I stored my things, closed the flap, and pull it up, the closed flap seemed not level. I mean not perfectly paralel to the ground.

My shopping experience with Custom Hide was phenomenal and the briefcase was delivered shortly after my order exactly to the specifications in the order. It is a solidly built briefcase and I look forward to using it for many years to come. two thumbs up!

I generally do not leave reviews but I felt like I needed to on this purchase. I was rather reluctant to spend this amount of money on a bag. I hem hawed for a few weeks before I pulled the trigger. Once I opened the box and saw the workmanship and quality any reservations I had went away. The build is supurb and the bag is down right gorgeous. Throw in the lifetime warranty and there is no reason to go anywhere else for this type of item. Very, very happy with the purchase.

This Custom Hide Briefcase is by far, the most durable, useful briefcase I have ever owned. I have had mine for 15 years and just bought this one for my son. He loves it. Stylish, rugged, practical. PERFECT. Every lawyer should have one, in my small community of 55 lawyers, I know of 5 who do, and we all love them.

I wanted to provide a brief note by way of thanks for the very fast production and delivery - made it just in time for me to leave on a lengthy "sabbatical" in warmer climes. The craftsmanship is second to none and I am very pleased with the custom touches that you added to my briefcase to make it my own; I know there is not another one in the world like it! While I have not yet been able to put it through its paces, the leather and stitching is of outstanding quality and the nice touches such as the rivets on the stress points will ensure that it will stand up to a lifetime of use.
