Good morning, when asked I try to offer objective and helpful product reviews for products that I like.
In this case, I had looked for over a year, before finding your website. I am so far, very happy with my new case. It appears to be very well made out of high quality materials.
The finish is excellent.
I would however like to comment on the packaging and shipping.
After it was completed, my order was apparently mislaid at your location and even though it was shown as shipped, it ended up in a storeroom which caused it to be delivered after Christmas.
When I checked on the delay through the website, I was told it had been found and would be shipped immediately. Actually it was then not shipped for two more days.
When I did receive it, it was in a used carton, that was poorly taped and partially open. While I have no problem with the repurposed carton, I feel that something hand-made of this quality and cost should be packaged better.
