Tony and the crew at Customhide really have impressed me with their work. I just received my custom order. A Ranger 3-compartment bag converted to a 2 compartment bag.

He offered to make the dimensions a little higher, wider, and deeper (12 high, 17 wide, 9 deep. It is a beast! )

Tony was very accommodating when consulting with me about my bag. I asked a lot of questions over the phone and via email. He was very responsive.

I have this briefcase for about 10 years now. It still looks great. Actually, the leather looks better with age. I like that the internal dividers and all internal components are leather, not cloth like many other more expensive briefcases. Overall, this briefcase is an excellent value!
