I just received my Rustler backpack yesterday and couldn't believe how beautiful and well-made it is. I love the variations in the brown leather and am so happy that it is soft and will get softer with use. I wore it today and it was comfortable, the straps did not cut into my shoulders, and it is not heavy at all, even with all my stuff inside!! I ordered the push-locks under the buckles and realize now what a good idea that was. It's much faster and easier to open/close without having to buckle/unbuckle each time. I am very pleased with my purchase and want to add an extra thank you to the Custom Hide customer service staff for answering all my questions before I decided which backpack to buy. Good job, Custom Hide!!
